Our heart is to provide the setting for your unforgettable celebration. We are available for a limited number of weddings and events each year providing a venue that is exclusive, elegant, safe, private, and yet accessible to make your dream wedding your real wedding.

Your Wedding at Oakshire Estate & Airfield includes:

  • Use of Oakshire Estate & Airfield property for one weekday (up to 10 hours)

  • Your choice of 5+ outdoor ceremony and reception locations on our meticulously manicured lawn and gardens and half-mile long tree-lined drive

  • Use of the estate for photography/videography

  • Use of Bridal and Groom Suite

  • Access to the venue for load in and set up as well as ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding

  • Chairs to seat up to 100 guests included

  • Tables for up to 100 guests included

    • 60" round tables for guests (seats 8 guests per table)

    • 72" x 30” rectangle tables for head table and service tables

    • 96” x 30” rectangle tables for head table and service tables

    • 30 " round height-adjustable bistro tables for cocktail hour or dance floor use

  • Set up tables and chairs to your specification

  • Golf cart to shuttle guests and for easy access around the property

  • Trained host/hostess to ensure that all your venue related needs are met (Host/Hostess will be on-site at all times included in your contract)

  • Two site consultation in months prior to your wedding

  • Complimentary parking with attendants to greet your guests

  • Caterer staging area

  • Take down of tables and chairs, and final grounds cleanup

  • Complimentary vendor referrals

  • Includes up to 100 guests

Hours included in package:

  • One Weekday - 10 hours

  • *Client(s) responsible for tents, signage, linens, lighting(dependent on reception location), dance floor, wedding planner, DJ/MC, photography/videography, flowers, cake, caterer, bar, and any other vendors.
