Every Wedding at Oakshire Estate & Airfield includes:
Use of Oakshire Estate & Airfield property for two days
Your choice of 5+ outdoor ceremony and reception locations on our meticulously manicured lawn and gardens and half-mile long tree-lined drive
Use of the estate for photography/videography
Use of Bridal and Groom Suite
Access to the venue for load in and set up as well as ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
Chairs to seat up to 250 guests included
Tables for up to 250 guests included
60" round tables for guests (seats 8 guests per table)
72" x 30” rectangle tables for head table and service tables
96” x 30” rectangle tables for head table and service tables
30 " round height-adjustable bistro tables for cocktail hour or dance floor use
Set up tables and chairs to your specification
6 passenger golf cart to shuttle guests and for easy access around the property
Trained host/hostess to ensure that all your venue related needs are met (Host/Hostess will be on site at all times included in your contract)
Two site consultation in months prior to wedding with your wedding planner
Complimentary parking with attendants to greet your guests
Caterer staging area
Take down of tables and chairs, and final grounds cleanup

Hours included in package:
Rehearsal Day 12pm-6pm access to Oakshire for set up and rehearsal
Wedding day beginning at 10am last song of the evening at 10:30pm.
*Client(s) responsible for tents, signage, linens, lighting(dependent on reception location), dance floor, wedding planner, DJ/MC, photography/videography, flowers, cake, caterer, bar, and any other vendors.

Oakshire Mansion Rental
$1500/per night
Enjoy a luxurious stay at the Oakshire mansion for up to 12 people. this rental includes access to all the amenities including the pool, two outdoor Jacuzzis, steam room, master bedroom with Jacuzzi bath tub and sauna, tennis court, pool table, large indoor and outdoor kitchens and theater room.
*Two night minimum.
*Mansion access is limited to bride and groom along with their families and wedding party, wedding guests will not be permitted access inside the home for security reasons.
*8.2% Sales Tax Added to All Packages
Extra Day for Tear Down
$1,000
Access to the estate on the day after the wedding from 10am-2pm to pack up all the decorations and do the final clean up. This is perfect for the families and wedding planners that don’t want to worry about tearing down all the wedding decor on the night of the wedding. Typically all decor, linens, and vendors have to be removed from the property by 12am on the wedding night.
Additional Guests
$20/per guest
We love to host large weddings and have the space to have 1000+ guests attend your event! We want all your family and friends to be able to celebrate with you however to provide you with excellent service our wedding day staff has to increase for these larger events and we also provide a second luxury mobile restroom facility to accommodate all your guests.
