• Use of Oakshire Estate & Airfield property for your wedding day

• Ceremony and reception locations on our meticulously manicured lawn and gardens and half-mile long tree-lined drive

• Use of the estate for photography/videography

• Use of Bridal and Groom Suite

• Early access to the venue for load in and set up

• Chairs to seat up to 50 guests included

• Dinner and cocktail tables for up to 50 guests included

• Set up of tables and chairs

• 6 passenger golf cart to shuttle guests and for easy access around the property

• Trained host/hostess to ensure that all your venue related needs are met (Host/Hostess will be on site at all times included in your contract)

• On site consultation in months prior to wedding with your wedding planner

• Complimentary parking with attendant to greet your guests

• Caterer staging area

• Take down of tables and chairs, and final grounds cleanup

• Complimentary vendor referrals

• Includes up to 50 guests (additional charge for more guests- we can accommodate many, many more)

Hours included in package:

• 8am-10:30pm on your wedding day

  • Access to venue beginning at 8am on the for load in, set up, and bridal preparations

  • Use of the venue for the entire day with the last song beginning at or before 10:30pm (tear down and all vendors on their way home by 12am)

*Client(s) responsible for tents, signage, linens, special lighting, dance floor, wedding planner, DJ/MC, photography/videography, flowers, cake, caterer, bar, and any other vendors.
